Boltmaster [P]

Formula: ((!targetIsBoss&&!relationTargetIsBoss&&!targetIsMinion&&!relationTargetIsMinion)*(0.02*BUFF_COUNT)*REL_TRG_HP)+((targetIsBoss||relationTargetIsBoss||targetIsMinion||relationTargetIsMinion)*0.03*TRG_HP)
Whenever an ally under a [Stormcall] stack placed by this Champion lands a critical hit, this Champion deals additional pure damage to the target. If the target is not a Boss or a minion, the pure damage dealt is equal to 2% of the target's MAX HP for each buff on this Champion (stacks up to 10%). If the target is a Boss or a minion, the pure damage dealt is equal to 3% of the target's MAX HP. This damage cannot be critical. Occurs once per skill and once per target. Does not count as an extra hit. This pure damage ignores [Shield], [Block Damage], and [Strengthen] buffs. If there are multiple Champions on the team with this skill, only one will activate. This skill will not activate on duplicate copies of this Champion, if this particular Champion is dead.
