Whenever an ally under a [Stormcall] stack placed by this Champion lands a critical hit, this Champion deals additional pure damage to the target. If the target is not a Boss or a minion, the pure damage dealt is equal to 2% of the target's MAX HP for each buff on this Champion (stacks up to 10%). If the target is a Boss or a minion, the pure damage dealt is equal to 3% of the target's MAX HP. This damage cannot be critical. Occurs once per skill and once per target.
