If the target is a Boss or a minion, the pure damage dealt is equal to 3% of the target's MAX HP. This damage cannot be critical. Occurs once per skill and once per target. Does not count as an extra hit. This pure damage ignores [Shield], [Block Damage], and [Strengthen] buffs. If there are multiple Champions on the team with this skill, only one will activate. This skill will not activate on duplicate copies of this Champion, if this particular Champion is dead.
