Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 40% chance of decreasing the duration of 2 random buffs on the target by 1 turn. If the target is under a [Fear] or [True Fear] debuff, decreases the duration of all of the target's buffs by 1 turn instead.

Harbinger

Attacks 1 enemy. Will ignore 30% of the target's DEF. Before attacking, if the target is under a [Fear] or [True Fear] debuff, places a 50% [Increase ATK] buff on this Champion for 2 turns. After attacking, if the target is under a [Fear] or [True Fear] debuff, decreases the cooldown of the Dismay skill by 1 turn. Then fills this Champion's Turn Meter by 25%.

Duke of Flies

Attacks all enemies. Has a 75% chance of placing a [Hex] debuff for 2 turns.

Attacks all enemies. Has an 80% chance of increasing the duration of all enemy debuffs by 1 turn. When hitting enemies under [Hex] debuffs, also has a 60% chance of putting one of their skills on cooldown.

Has a 10% chance of stealing the heal each time an enemy under a [Hex] debuff is about to be healed. [Does not work against Bosses. The amount healed will be the same as it would have been on the original target of the heal, except if the heal is based on the target's HP, in which it will scale off [Vildrax]'s HP.]
