Conflagrate

Attacks 1 enemy 3 times. Each hit has a 50% chance of increasing the duration of any [HP Burn] debuffs on the target by 1 turn. Each hit also has a 50% chance of decreasing the duration of a random buff on the target by 1 turn. If the target is under a [HP Burn] debuff, the chance increases to 100%.

Forest Fire

Removes all buffs from all enemies. Has an 80% chance of placing a [HP Burn] debuff on all enemies for 2 turns. If a target is already under a [HP Burn] debuff, instantly detonates all stacks of any [HP Burn] debuff on that target. Then has an 80% chance to place a [HP Burn] debuff for 2 turns on all enemies without one. Places a [Block Buffs] debuff on all enemies for 2 turns. Any [HP Burn] debuffs placed on Bosses are protected.

Attacks all enemies. Has a 75% chance of placing a 30% [Decrease SPD] debuff, a 60% [Decrease DEF] debuff, and a [Hex] debuff for 2 turns.

Allies deal 10% more damage against enemies under [HP Burn] debuffs. Whenever this Champion is attacked by an enemy under a [HP Burn] debuff, heals this Champion by 35% of the damage received and heals all allies by 20% of the damage received. Also has a 50% chance to instantly activate any [HP Burn] debuffs on the attacker.

Zephyr Lance

Attacks 1 enemy 2 times. Each hit heals all allies by 5% of this Champion’s MAX HP. Each hit also has a 75% chance to fill the Turn Meter of the ally with the lowest Turn Meter by 10%.

On Teal Wings

Attacks all enemies. Before attacking, removes all buffs from all enemies. Then has a 75% chance of placing a [Block Buffs] debuff and a 30% [Decrease SPD] debuff on all enemies for 2 turns. Also fills the Turn Meters of all allies by 15%.

Places a 50% [Increase RES] buff and a [Perfect Veil] buff on all allies, except this Champion, for 2 turns. Decreases the cooldown of all ally active skills, except this Champion's, by 3 turns. The cooldown of this skill cannot be decreased or reset.

Dracospeed [P]

Turn Meter fill effects on allies under [Stun], [Freeze], [Sleep], [Provoke], [Fear], [True Fear], [Petrification], or [Sheep] debuffs are 30% more effective. Whenever a [Sheep] debuff is removed or expires on an ally, heals that ally by 25% of their MAX HP and places a 30% [Increase SPD] buff on them for 1 turn. If there are multiple Champions on the team with this skill, only one will activate. This skill will not activate on duplicate copies of this Champion, if this particular Champion is dead.
