Attacks 1 enemy 4 times. Each hit has an extra 20% chance of inflicting a critical hit. The first hit will ignore 10% of the target's DEF. Each subsequent hit will ignore an additional 5% of the target's DEF. The first hit places a [Block Buffs] debuff for 2 turns. The second hit places a 60% [Decrease DEF] debuff for 2 turns.
