Formula: ((!targetIsBoss&&!relationTargetIsBoss&&!targetIsMinion&&!relationTargetIsMinion)*(0.02*BUFF_COUNT)*REL_TRG_HP)+((targetIsBoss||relationTargetIsBoss||targetIsMinion||relationTargetIsMinion)*0.03*TRG_HP)
Whenever an ally under a [Stormcall] stack placed by this Champion lands a critical hit, this Champion deals additional pure damage to the target. If the target is not a Boss or a minion, the pure damage dealt is equal to 2% of the target's MAX HP for each buff on this Champion (stacks up to 10%). If the target is a Boss or a minion, the pure damage dealt is equal to 3% of the target's MAX HP. This damage cannot be critical. Occurs once per skill and once per target. Does not count as an extra hit. This pure damage ignores [Shield], [Block Damage], and [Strengthen] buffs. If there are multiple Champions on the team with this skill, only one will activate.
