If the target is a Boss or a minion, the pure damage dealt is equal to 3% of the target's MAX HP. This damage cannot be critical. Occurs once per skill and once per target. Does not count as an extra hit. This pure damage ignores [Shield], [Block Damage], and [Strengthen] buffs. If there are multiple Champions on the team with this skill, only one will activate.
