Whenever an enemy skill does not activate because they are under a [Fear] or a [True Fear] debuff, places a [Provoke] debuff on that enemy for 1 turn. This particular effect only applies when Kaja the Wry is on the same team.

Attacks 1 enemy 2 times. Places an extra hit if the target is under a buff. Places 2 extra hits if the target is under a buff and is from the Undead Hordes Faction. Grants an Extra Turn if this attack kills an enemy. Occurs once per skill.
